- SEYCHELLES 2010: The ZEST4LIFE mini workshop will be held on Mahe on Sunday 5th September from 10 am - 2 pm (40 Euro's).
- For clients in England: Dr Sibis Mouton has presented various ZEST4LIFE workshops at the Quest Natural Health Show in Devon, Newton Abbott, England. She hopes to be back at Quest in 2011 (after publication of the ZEST4LIFE book).
In 2007 one British client who participated in this mini- workshop at Quest specially flew to South Africa to attend the full ZEST4LIFE weekend course in Hermanus. Dr Sibis Mouton is listed on the Mevolution Practitioners Directory in the UK.

Dr Mouton will be available for one hour inspirational talks to organizations
on arrangement as from January 2010. Three topics are available - all
on Powerpoint with accompanying slides taken on location:
- The New Consciousness - we can be optimistic.
- Values and Goals - the way to happiness.
This talk includes slides from a remote island in the Seychelles and of the ancient annual horse race in Siena, Italy on 2nd July 2007 - also suitable for High School learners.
- The Masai Mara Migration - beyond the bush and the paradox of ZEN. Accompanying slides taken on the September 2007 African Geografic Expedition to Kenya - suitable for spiritual audiences.

LATEST PUBLICATIONS: The article "Muscle Miracles" was published in Kindred Spirit
(the UK's leading magazine on Mind, Body and Spirit matters) in the July/August 2009 issue, pg 89 - 90.
The article "Il Palio - a tale about horses, heroes and unicorns" is in Odyssey Magazine October/November 2009 issue.
The article "The Masai Mara Migration - beyond the bush and the paradox of ZEN" was published in the
Planetlightworker, an American Mind Body Spirit Magazine in the March 2009 issue and was chosen as the plw pick of the month.
