1. Seychelles 2011: The ZEST4LIFE mini – workshop was held at “The Station” on Mahe island in the Seychelles on Saturday, 3rd of September from 10 am – 2 pm (40 euro’s). The contents was very similar to the well received workshop that Dr Sibis Mouton facilitated at the Quest Natural Health Show in Devon, Newton Abbott, England every July from 2005 – 2008. We had the maximum of 10 clients and worked with each individually afterwards for another 15 minutes each, which proved to be very beneficial for the clients. Big thanks to Dr Ben Wulfsohn and his wife Tessa for doing the organization and who provided the lovely venue at the new RESONATE WELLNESS CENTRE at "The Station", Sans Souci. 2. The ZEST4LIFE mini-workshop is now available to companies on arrangement. It is structured to boost staff morale and to improve team spirit.
